Home Care Aide - Part Time Overview Part time position includes a competitive compensation and benefits package. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm as required/needed. Responsibilities Core responsibilities include the provision of in-home personal care services. The scopes of these services are contained in a written care plan prepared by a RN or Therapist. Requirements Qualified candidates will preferably have previous patient care experience with another home health agency. Well qualified candidates will have the ability to project a positive image of the Greater Medford VNA & Additional Care and maintain a customer-focused approach to all work. Home Care Aide certification and Driver's License are required. The Greater Medford VNA has been providing home health care and community health programs for more than a century.
