Overview
Full-time administrative position includes a highly competitive compensation and benefits package. Successful candidate will ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care services through obtaining accurate referral information.
Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include serving as a liaison with outside providers in processing patient referrals.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have current licensure as RN, LPN or PT and working knowledge of Medicare home health requirements and clinical documentation requirements. Well qualified candidates will have recent experience in home health quality assurance, utilization review, reimbursement issues, education, and infection control. Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
