Personal Care Attendant - Lexington/Bedford/Concord Area - Per Diem Overview We are currently searching for candidates that can provide home health care service in the Lexington, Bedford, and Concord areas. Hours vary and are not guaranteed. Reliable transportation is required. Responsibilities Responsible for the safety of clients assigned. Successful candidates will report to appropriate personnel and record care/tasks accurately. Ability to project a positive image of the Greater Medford VNA & Additional Care while maintaining a customer-focused approach to all work. Requirements Qualified candidates are currently certified as a Personal Care Attendant, Home Care Aide, or Nursing Assistant. Previous patient care experience with another home health agency preferred. Successful completion of Home Care Aide Competency Exam with a minimum overall accuracy score of 80% and a minimum 80% accuracy score in each section required.
